The creative pursuit

I am compelled to be creative. I cannot stop being creative, nor can I stop learning. I love the challenge of trying something new, figuring out how to do it, and creating something long lasting from it.

Since new developments are the products of a creative mind, we must therefore stimulate and encourage that type of mind in every way possible.

The Novel in Final Working Draft

I'm 6 chapters in to my final working draft of my novel "The Bound" (working title). Once my rough draft was 90% fleshed out I felt ready to work on the final draft in the order that it will be read.

Creativity starts with how you see the world, where you find joy in the sights around you, how you see people, the stories that a place or a people have to tell.

Family History

There is a rich history of story in my family. My Great Uncle was a missionary in Haiti near the end of WWII. He was an entertaining writer. Enjoy theses historic letters, journal, and personal reflections.
