Novels

I write modern-day horror fairytales that explore the darkest corners of human behavior and the complicated process of becoming whole again. My novels draw from lived experience—trauma, recovery, and transformation—woven into stories where love, survival, and monstrosity collide. Below are my completed and in-progress works.

THE RING OF ROSES

A horror fairytale woven from silk, blood, and betrayal.

On the day of her wedding, Cecelia runs—not just from her groom, but from the shadows of her past. She doesn’t make it far. Beneath the alleys of Barcelona, a strange, shimmering web awaits her.

Captured by a creature that is not entirely of this world, Cecelia is drawn into a subterranean world where beauty masks brutality, and love demands sacrifice. As the lines between captor and companion blur, the city above goes on—unaware of the darkness pulsing just below its feet.

A story of entrapment, transformation, and the monstrous things we do for connection.

THE BAY OF PIGS (working title)

Something is broken in Okeechobee. Maybe everything.

The tension with Cuba is rising, and inland Florida feels like it’s holding its breath. But Adam’s neighborhood has always been a little strange. The mother who manipulates. The friend who remembers too much. The thing in the lake.

After a suspicious house fire, Adam is charged with arson and dragged into court. That’s when the fractures begin to show.

Bay of Pigs is a psychological Southern Gothic told through the eyes of a man unraveling. It begins like a murder mystery, but peels into something darker—an eerie, dreamlike story of trauma, identity, and the monsters we invent to survive.
